Love the Herky bird. Had I gone active duty Air Force, I would have applied to flight school and gone the transport route (vs fighter) so I could have had a shot a flying that plane. Props are awesome.

This looks like a water ingestion test... You know, to prove that you can take off and land in a monsoon without significant engine power degradation.
Could also be an underbody wash, though...

Sort of. It's called "The Bird Bath" and is mainly used to rinse off aircraft in salt water environments to help prevent corrosion.
